Dear Leaders

South West Region have been selected to trial the new home contact procedure which is supposed to be more streamlined and a lot easier.  To help with the implementation of this, Gilwell will be coming to give a presentation / talk to us on Wednesday 25^th February on the new structure.  The meeting will take place at the Irvine Suite at the Menzies Hotel in Irvine and will start at 19:30. 

It is in the interest of all the leaders to come along to this and get the information first hand rather than through “word of mouth”.   Please can you ensure that there is one leader from each section from each group at the meeting as this will effect beavers, cubs, scouts and explorers.  Can you please attend in uniform.

In order that I can confirm numbers with the hotel can you please let me know who is coming by Wednesday 18^th February.
