Wild Camping Bylaws Around Loch Lomond Updated Print

Members should note that as of June 2011 wild camping (e.g camping outside designated campsites) around Loch Lomond is banned.

Those who viloate these new rules could face fines of up to £500.

Camping between Dryman and Rowardennan is now outlawed with details being laid out in the new Bylaws PDF produced by the Trust.

Please note that this section is part of the West Highland Way and includes part of the Loch's shoreline. These bylaws apply from March to October every year and will; be reviewd in three years' time.
